PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

On 5 June 2023 the Company purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 437.3001 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises:

88,885,460 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

15,278,962 Ordinary shares held in treasury

104,164,422 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
