Exercise of Options/PDMR Dealing Notification

The Company (AIM:CAML) was notified on 16 June 2022 that, on the same day, Mr Gavin Ferrar, its Chief Financial Officer, exercised nominal cost options over ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Shares") in the Company at an exercise price of US$0.01 per the table below.

The exercise was settled by the Company in cash in accordance with the Rules of the Central Asia Metals plc Employee Share Plan 2011 (as amended) (the "Plan"). Under the Plan, the cash settlement price per Share is calculated as the difference between the average of the middle-market quotations (from the Daily Official List of the London Stock Exchange) for the preceding five days and the exercise price of US$0.01, therefore Mr Ferrar's options were satisfied at a price of GBP2.5307 per Share. No actual Shares were acquired or sold in this process.
