Oxford, UK - 29 March 2022: Circassia Group plc ("Circassia" or "the Company") (AIM: CIR), a medical device company focused on point of care asthma diagnosis and management, today announces that on 29 March 2022, Ian Johnson, Executive Chairman, purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 36.05 pence per share and Jonathan Emms, Chief Operating Officer, purchased 15,079 Ordinary Shares at a price of 35.73 pence per share.

Following these purchases, Ian Johnson holds 700,000 Ordinary Shares (0.17% of the issued share capital of the Company) and Jonathan Emms holds 709,928 Ordinary Shares (0.17% of the issued share capital of the Company).
