Result of AGM

CentralNic Group plc (AIM: CNIC), the global internet platform company that derives recurring revenues selling online presence and marketing services, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, 4 May 2022, Resolutions 1-10 and 12 were duly passed and Special Resolution 11 (concerning disapplication of pre-emption rights on allotment of Ordinary Shares) did not pass.

The full text of all the resolutions can be found in the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022, dated 4 April 2022, a copy of which is available on the Company's website at CentralNic Notice of AGM 2022 .
