CentralNic Group Plc (AIM: CNIC), the global internet platform that derives recurring revenue from marketplaces for online presence and online marketing services, will publish its unaudited interim report for the nine months ending 30 September 2022 on Tuesday, 22 November 2022.

There will be a webinar / conference call for equity analysts at 9:30am UK on the day of results, hosted by CEO Ben Crawford and CFO Michael Riedl. Anybody wishing to register should contact centralnic@secnewgate.co.uk where further details will be provided.

CentralNic is also pleased to announce that Ben Crawford and Michael Riedl will provide a live presentation via the Investor Meet Company platform to all existing and potential shareholders on 22 November 2022 at 12:30pm GMT.
