CentralNic Group plc (LSE:CNIC, "Company" or "CNIC") announces that it has been notified that inter.services GmbH, a company associated with Horst Siffrin, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold an aggregate of 1,210,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each ("Shares") in the Company:

   --      100,000 on 20 January 2023 at a price of GBP1.35; and 
   --      1,110,000 on 19 May 2023 at a price of GBP1.16;

both sales to fund an investment project.

As a result, Horst Siffrin's beneficial interest in CentralNic Shares, which is entirely held via inter.services GmbH, is 34,400,000.
