As at the date of this announcement, Connaught's issued share capital consists 
of 139,784,811 ordinary shares of 2p each with voting rights.  Connaught does 
not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. 
 
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations 
by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a 
change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and
