RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 22(nd) June 2022, it transferred to a participant in an employee share scheme 1,488 Ordinary Shares at a price of EUR16.19 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 13,827,794 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 760,312,544.
