Ebiquity plc ("Ebiquity" or the "Company"), a world leader in media investment analysis, announces that it is today posting a circular to shareholders (the "Circular"), including the notice of general meeting in connection with the Placing and the MediaPath Acquisition announced on 30 March 2022.

The General Meeting will be held at the Company's offices at Chapter House, 16 Brunswick Place, London N1 6DZ at 10.00 am on 19 April 2022.
