Directors' Dealing
Eckoh plc (AIM:ECK), the global provider of secure payment
products and customer contact solutions, announces it has received
notification that, on 28 January 2022, Nik Philpot, Chief Executive
Officer purchased a total of 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 42.75 pence per Ordinary Share.
The newly purchased shares will be held by the Self Invested
Personal Pension of Nik Philpot.
Following the purchase of the 50,000 Ordinary Shares, Nik is
beneficially interested in 7,051,285 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 2.42 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
Additionally, on 27 January 2022, Scawton Limited, a company
closely associated with David Coghlan, a Non-Executive Director of
the Company, purchased a total of 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 45.0 pence per Ordinary
Share.
Following the purchase, the beneficial interest of Mr Coghlan
and family is in 200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 0.07 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
