Shareholders support the Board

Webinar and poll

The Company's investment manager, Edge Investments Limited, held a webinar for shareholders at 11am on Tuesday 21 December 2021. This can be viewed on the investment manager's website (www.edge.vc) with a log-in. Please email the investment manager at info@edge.vc if you are a shareholder who would like access.

The investment manager will be holding a second Webinar for shareholders on Monday 10 January 2022 at 2pm. Shareholders who wish to attend should email info@edge.vc

The first Webinar:

   --    updated the Company's shareholders on the Company's investment portfolio; 

-- commented on the resolutions proposed by the shareholders who have requisitioned a general meeting; and

   --    presented the plans approved by the Company's board of directors for: 

o the payment of more, large tax-free dividends;

o the implementation of a share buy-back scheme to provide liquidity and support the share price; and

o the Company's future

At the first webinar attending shareholders were polled and 96.3% voted in favour of the board/its plans. Of the 3.7% dissenters in this poll, half were members of the group that orchestrated the requisition campaign, ShareSoc. Whilst only a poll and not a vote this demonstrates that shareholders at the webinar are overwhelmingly in favour of the board's plans and resolutions and overwhelmingly against those of the ShareSoc EPVCT Campaign.

Your Company's board points out that the ShareSoc EPVCT Campaign could still succeed if shareholders do not vote and asks all shareholders to cast their votes for the current Board's resolutions and against the Requisitionists.
