As at the close of business on 28 February 2023 the unaudited
net asset value ("NAV") per share ("NAV per Share") of EJF
Investments Ltd ("EJFI" or the "Company") is as set out below:

(1) A quarterly dividend of 2.675 pence per share was declared
on 26 January 2023 with an ex-dividend date of 2 February 2023. The
dividend was paid on 28 February 2023. The NAV per share stated
above is net of the dividend.
(2) Based on the GBP/USD spot exchange rate of 1.2021 as at 28
February 2023.
