EKF, the AIM-listed global diagnostics business, announces that
t he Board of EKF has been informed that on Thursday 28 April 2022,
certain funds connected to Christopher Mills, Non-executive
Chairman, purchased a total of 1,275,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35 pence per
Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Christopher Mills' total direct and
indirect interest in the Company is 132,150,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 29.04% of the total voting rights over
the Company's issued share capital.
The Notification of Dealing Form required in accordance with UK
MAR is set out below as is the Standard form for notification of
major holdings received by EKF today.
