Elixirr International plc (AIM: ELIX), an established, global
award-winning challenger consultancy, announces that on 19 October
2022, the Company was notified that on 18 October 2022, Zhanna
Bichler, the wife of Brandon Bichler, Partner and a PDMR of the
Company, acquired a total of 9,127 ordinary shares of 0.005p each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 550 pence per
Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Brandon Bichler's beneficial holding
(including those held by his wife) is 712,191 Ordinary Shares
representing 1.54 per cent of the issued share capital of the
Company.
