Elixirr International plc (AIM:ELIX), an established, global award-winning challenger consultancy, announces that on 4 April 2023, Simon Retter , Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 7,900 ordinary shares of 0.005p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 505.2p per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Simon Retter's beneficial holding is 376,733 Ordinary Shares representing 0.82 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
