Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM: ENET.L), a leading supplier of networking processing semiconductor technology ported on FPGA (field programmable gate array) for virtualised networking appliances , announces that it was informed by Premier Miton Group plc ("Premier Miton") on 18 July 2022 that Premier Miton holds 4,850,850 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 6.43% of the Company's total issued share capital.
