Ethernity Networks (AIM: ENET.L), a leading supplier of data processing offload solutions on programmable FPGA (field programmable gate array) for accelerating telco/cloud networks, received notification on 2 September 2022 that 5G Innovation Leaders Fund, LLC's (the "Investor") voting rights over the Company's issued share capital have fallen below 3% and the Investor therefore no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company's share capital.
