EPE Special Opportunities Limited ( the "Company") announces
that it has been notified of the following transactions.
On 9 and 10 February 2022, certain Directors of the Company and
certain members of EPIC Investment Partners LLP ("EPIC"), the
Investment Advisor to the Company, and their connected parties
(being PDMRs of the Company) purchased or sold ordinary shares in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). In aggregate, 90,811 Ordinary
Shares were sold by the PDMRs at a price of 305.00p per Ordinary
Share.
