Purchase of Own Securities
On 11 August 2022, the Company purchased 50,000 ordinary shares
at a price of 205.1164p. The shares purchased will be held in
Treasury.
Following the purchase of the above shares 395,104,339 ordinary
shares of 1p each will remain in issue. Edinburgh Worldwide
Investment Trust plc will hold 10,649,356 ordinary shares in
Treasury.
The above figure (395,104,339) may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, Edinburgh Worldwide Investment Trust plc under
the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
