                           Voting Rights and Capital


In conformity with the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 6, FIT
hereby notifies the market that the Company's issued capital comprises
245,249,000 ordinary shares of 1p each. All of these shares carry voting rights.

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The above figure of 245,249,000 for shares in the Company carrying voting rights
may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, FIT under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.

Today, the Company has applied for 120,566 ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM. These shares were originally allotted and issued in 2001;
however no formal application for their admission was made. The Board is not
aware of any other shares in issue that have not been admitted to trading on
AIM. These shares are included in the 245,249,000 ordinary shares described
above.
