Grant of Options

Immotion Group plc (AIM:IMMO) announces the grant of 1,800,000 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company to the Performance Director of the LBE division.

The new options have been granted pursuant to the Company's Share Option Scheme and have an exercise price of 5.4 pence per Ordinary Share, being the closing price on Friday 26 November 2021.

The new options will vest and be capable of exercise as follows:

Inclusive of these new share options, the Company has a total of 58,729,200 options in issue over Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 14.1% of the Company's current issued share capital.
