Appendix

In the Company's admission document dated 12 July 2018 (the "Admission Document"), in relation to Martin Higginson's appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Rod Findley's appointment as Group Commercial Director and David Marks appointment as Group Finance Director of the Company, the Company disclosed certain directorships under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

In addition to the directorships disclosed in such announcement Mr. Higginson was a director of Studio Liddell Limited at that time; Mr Findley was a director of JonesFindley Living Trust; and David Marks was previously a director of Digitalbox.labs Limited (formerly Digitalbox Publishing Ltd), Digitalbox Network Limited and Promocodes Limited within five years of his appointment to the board of the Company.
