NOTICE OF INTERIM RESULTS
17 August 2022
International Public Partnerships Limited ('INPP', the
'Company'), the FTSE 250 listed investment company which invests in
public or social infrastructure assets and related businesses
internationally, will announce its interim results for the
six-month period ended 30 June 2022 on Thursday 8 September
2022.
There will be a live online presentation of the results at
9.30am on Thursday 8 September 2022.
Analysts and investors wishing to join the presentation are

Further details will be distributed to confirmed attendees ahead of
the presentation.
The presentation is not open to the media or their third-party
representatives.
In addition, the Company will also be hosting a presentation for
retail investors via the Investor Meet Company platform at 4.00pm
on results day.
The presentation will be open to all existing and potential
shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor
Meet Platform dashboard, up until 9.00am on the day before the
meeting. Questions can be submitted at any time during the live
presentation.
