the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted
companies held by a member of the Board.
Meriel Lenfestey was appointed as a non-executive director of
Ikigai Ventures Limited on 01 October 2021. Ikigai Ventures Limited
was admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock
Exchange on 15 September 2022.
