Inspirit refers to its announcement of 29 December 2020 noting that the Company's Chairman and GIS, of which John Gunn and Nilesh Jagatia (directors of Inspirit), are also directors, were parties to a complaint of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, in respect of matters unrelated to Inspirit.

The Company notes that such complaint has now been settled on a consensual and no admit no deny basis.
