Appointment of Joint Broker

IQE plc (AIM: IQE, "IQE" or the "Group"), the leading supplier of compound semiconductor wafer products and advanced material solutions to the global semiconductor industry , confirms that it has completed a review of its Corporate Broking arrangements. Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt") will remain appointed as IQE's Nominated Adviser and Joint Corporate Broker. Numis Securities Limited ("Numis") is appointed as Joint Corporate Broker with immediate effect.
