PDMR Exercise of Share Options

James Halstead plc (AIM: JHD) announces that on 16 August 2022 the Company issued 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of share options under the James Halstead Share Option Plan by a Director and PDMR of the Company as detailed below:

On completion of the exercise of the options, Mr Oliver retained ownership of his newly issued Ordinary Shares.

Following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue will increase to 416,754,052.

For the purpose of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the issued ordinary share capital of the Company following this allotment consists of 416,754,052 Ordinary shares with voting rights attached. There are no Shares held in treasury.
