or the "Company"), an independent oil and gas production company
focused on the Asia-Pacific region, announces that , on 17 November
2022 and 18 November 2022, David Neuhauser, a Non-Executive
Director of Jadestone, sold a total of 234,073 ordinary shares, for
a total amount of GBP 179,736.22.
Following the transaction, Livermore Partners LLC holds a total
of 32,085,094 ordinary shares, which represents a total of 7.1 % of
the Company's issued share capital.
The FCA notification, made in accordance with the requirements
of the UK Market Abuse Regulation is appended below and gives

full cycle portfolio of development, production and exploration
assets in Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam.

business in Asia, the Company is pursuing an acquisition strategy
focused on growth and creating value through identifying,
acquiring, developing and operating assets in the Asia-Pacific
region.
