10 January 2023: Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces
the following share transaction made by John Mewett, CEO Screwfix
(a PDMR), which occurred on 9 January 2023.
John exercised options over ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each
in the Company granted under the Kingfisher Alignment Shares and
Transformation Incentive Plan and the Kingfisher Incentive Share
Plan. John exercised a total of 173,985 options and sold 82,266
shares to cover the tax liability arising on the exercise of these
options. The remaining 91,719 shares were retained.
The PDMR notification below, made in accordance with the
requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further
detail of the notifiable transaction.
