PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the global cloud provider of secure payment solutions for business communications, has been notified of the purchase of 21,052 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 2 March 2022 at 57.00 pence by Julie Good, the wife of William Good, Chief Financial Officer.

William Good and Julie Good collectively own 351,052, representing 0.54% of the total voting rights of the Company.
