Director/PDMR Issue of Options
PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the global cloud provider of secure
payment solutions for business communications, today announces that
it has granted options ("Options") over ordinary shares of 1 pence
each ("Ordinary Shares") to persons discharging managerial
responsibilities ("PDMR") and Directors on 2 March 2022 at an
exercise price of 57.50p, being the closing price on 1 March 2022,
as follows:

The performance and vesting conditions for James Barham and
William Good are:

25% Company share price reaching >= 130 pence
per share
25% Company share price reaching >= 175 pence
per share
50% Company share price reaching >= 225 pence
per share for a continuous 30 day period
The PDMR options are subject to individual performance and
vesting conditions.
In addition, a further 935,000 share options are being issued to
employees of the Group at an exercise price of 57.50 pence.
Following this announcement, there is a total of 8,146,667
options over Ordinary Shares, representing 12.46% of the current
issued share capital of the Company.
