PDMR share purchase

PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the global cloud provider of secure payment solutions for business communications, has been notified of the purchase of 41,486 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 59.40p by Mufti Monim, Chief Technology Officer and PDMR, on 5 April 2022.

Mufti Monim and his spouse, Mannatim Chowdhury, collectively own 90,878 shares, representing 0.14% of the total voting rights of the Company.
