The Company announces that on 20 April 2022, 23,830 ordinary shares of 20 8/11p ("Shares") have vested to Neeraj Kapur, who is a director of the Company, in respect of a Buy Out Award Agreement granted in April 2020. 11,553 of those Shares were sold on 20 April 2022 to satisfy income tax and national insurance contributions due on vesting.
