Directorate Changes
RBG Holdings plc (AIM: RBGP), the professional services group,
is pleased to announce the appointment of Group Finance Director
and Company Secretary Suzanne Drakeford-Lewis to the Board as an
Executive Director with immediate effect.
Suzanne joined RBG in 2019 and replaces Robert Parker[1] who
resigned from the Board with effect from 31 December 2022. He is
leaving the Group to pursue other interests but will remain as an
adviser to the Group for a short period as RBG looks to refocus and
build on its Professional Services businesses.
Suzanne has worked in both finance and business support roles in
a variety of industries. She has spent the last fifteen years in
the legal services sector and prior to this worked extensively for
multinational corporations in the FMCG and technology sectors. Her
recent roles include Financial Controller at BDB Pitmans LLP,
Interim Finance Director of the Personal Systems Division of
Hewlett Packard UK and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Roles at Xansa plc and Black & Decker UK.
Nicola Foulston, Group CEO, RBG said: "Suzanne has been hugely
impressive since joining the team three years ago. I am delighted
she has agreed to join the Board having been the Group's Finance
Director for the past year. She will support me as we concentrate
the Group on our Professional Services business and create value
for shareholders.
"I would like to thank Robert for all his help and support since
he joined in 2018. I am pleased he has agreed to remain as an
adviser, and we wish him well in his other endeavours."

Suzanne Drakeford-Lewis (nee Scott), aged 55 is, or has been, a
director of the following companies during the past five years:

RBG Legal Services Limited.
Suzanne Drakeford-Lewis owns 4,112 ordinary shares in RBG.
There are no further disclosures required in accordance with AIM
Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for
Companies.
[1] The options awarded to Robert Parker on 1 April 2022 have
been surrendered.

The Group also provides litigation finance in selected cases
through a separate arm, LionFish Litigation Finance Limited.
LionFish finances litigation matters being run by other solicitors
in return for a significant return on the outcome of those cases.
As such, the Group has two types of litigation assets -
Rosenblatt's own client matters, and litigation matters run by
third-party solicitors. LionFish is positioned to be a unique,
alternative provider to the traditional litigation funders.
