Redrow plc ("Redrow") announces that on 11 November 2022 it
purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10.5p each
from Barclays Bank plc as part of the buyback programme announced
on 14 July 2022.

Of the 53,592 ordinary shares purchased, Redrow intends to
cancel 32,155 ordinary shares and hold in treasury 21,437 ordinary
shares.
Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of
the 32,155 ordinary shares, Redrow has 335,581,814 ordinary shares
of 10.5p each in issue (excluding 6,643,443 ordinary shares of
10.5p each held in treasury).
This figure 335,581,814 represents the total number of voting
rights in Redrow and may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they can determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest
in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure
and Transparency Rules.
