Ramsdens Holdings PLC, the diversified financial services provider and retailer, confirms that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2022 ("2022 Annual Report") with the notice of its 2023 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), are available to download from the Company's website at https://www.ramsdensplc.com/ and have been sent to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at Treebridge Hotel, Stokesley Road, Nunthorpe, Middlesbrough, TS7 0NS on Monday, 27 February 2023 at 11am.
