Safestyle UK plc (AIM: SFE), the leading UK-focused retailer and manufacturer of PVCu replacement windows and doors for the homeowner market, announces that it has been notified that on 25 April 2022, Rob Neale, Chief Financial Officer, bought 100,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 41 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Rob Neale and his closely connected persons are beneficially interested in 564,125 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.41 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
