Safestyle UK plc, the leading UK-focused retailer and manufacturer of PVCu replacement windows and doors for the homeowner market, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 2 January 2022 ('Financial Year 2021') and the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies.

The AGM will be held at 9:00am on 8 June 2022 at Safestyle, Valley Road, Wombwell, Barnsley, S73 0BS.
