Holding in the Company
Sabien Technology Group plc (AIM: SNT), a company focussed on
building a portfolio of solutions, in the heating, cooling and
transportation sectors, that deliver immediate reductions in CO2
emissions, is pleased to announce that Diversity Network
Investments Limited ("DNI") has taken a position of just over 10%
of the Company's ordinary shares of 3p each ("Ordinary Shares"),
full details of which can be viewed below.
DNI had made disclosures to the Company on 27 April 2022 and 3
May 2022, having exceeded a 3% and 5% holding respectively, however
this disclosure was not identified until a further disclosure was
made on 1 June 2022, which was followed by a further disclosure on
6 June 2022. A copy of the earlier disclosures is also made
below.
