(the "ETC Securities")

We refer to the Notice to Noteholders in respect of the ETC Securities dated 8 March 2022.

The purpose of this notice is to inform you that in light of the continued extraordinary disruption caused by the suspension of trading in nickel on the over-the-counter market of the LME on 8 March 2022 and the resulting inability to calculate a metal reference price for the ETC Securities, secondary market trading of the ETC Securities on the London Stock Exchange, Borsa Italiana, Deutsche Börse, and SIX Swiss Exchange Ltd. has been suspended until further notice.
