    of GPF Physical Nickel ETC Securities (ISIN: XS2314660700) (the 
                           "ETC Securities") 
 

We refer to the company announcements in respect of the ETC Securities dated 8 March 2022 and 11 March 2022.

We hereby notify you that trading in nickel on the over-the-counter market of the LME has now resumed. Accordingly, the Disruption Event arising from the suspension of trading on the LME has ceased and the suspension of processing of Buy-Back requests has also ceased as from 30 March 2022.

Further, secondary trading of the ETC Securities is active on the London Stock Exchange, Borsa Italiana, Deutsche Börse, and SIX Swiss Exchange Ltd..
