UniVision (AIM: UVEL), the Hong Kong based group whose principal activities are the supply, design, installation and maintenance of closed-circuit television (CCTV) and surveillance systems, and the sale of security related products, announces that, further to its announcement on 15 March 2022, the Court hearing in respect of the Winding up petition, which was set for today, 19 April 2022, was adjourned to a later date which has yet to be agreed.
