Director/PDMR Dealing
The Company was notified on 13 July 2022 by Philip Bowcock
(Chairman) and Paul Meehan (CFO), that they had on that date sold
135,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP0.54 per share and
75,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP0.54 per share
respectively.
These Ordinary Shares were sold to enable Philip Bowcock and
Paul Meehan to satisfy their respective tax and national insurance
liabilities which arose on 22 June 2022 as a result of some of
their shares being released from restrictions in accordance with
their respective restricted share awards.
Following these transactions, Philip Bowcock holds 1,444,718
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.44% of the Company's
issued share capital and Paul Meehan holds 1,642,520 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 0.51% of the Company's issued
share capital.
