--Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, the country's antitrust authority, has accused Amazon.com Inc.'s European arm of misleading consumers, Reuters reports.

--The Polish competition authority said Amazon's Polish website misled consumers with regard to when sales contracts were concluded, the availability of products and delivery times, according to Reuters.

--If proven, the probe could result in a penalty of up to 10% of Amazon EU's turnover, Reuters reports.

--Amazon didn't immediately respond to a request for comment.
