January 3, 2022, Presidio Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company”)
issued a press release announcing the acquisition of a model homes
located in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. A copy of the press release is
attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference
herein.
