Release
On
June 15, 2022, Presidio Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued
a press release announcing the commencement of tenant improvement
construction for its new tenant, DISH Wireless LLC, at its Genesis
Plaza office building in San Diego, California. A copy of the press
release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by
reference herein.
