DCS Automotive and The Wayside Group agree Euro1m UK pilot project for DCS Quantum
                               powered by SAP(R)


DCS Automotive, the leading provider of IT Solutions to the European automotive
retail sector, today announces that it has reached agreement with the Wayside
Group to pilot DCS Quantum powered by SAP(R). Wayside is one of the UK's most
successful automotive retailers with an annual turnover in excess of #150m and
one of the best profitability performances in the industry.

DCS will provide the DCS Quantum powered by SAP(R) business management solution
to Waysides' Volkswagen, Audi, Citroen and Harley dealerships. In addition to
Quantum's dealer functionality DCS will deploy standard SAP modules to address
business requirements not covered by traditional dealer systems.
