                    Compel Group ("Compel" or "the Company")



On 13 March 2003, Neville Davis, David Frankling and Andrew Lee, Executive
Directors of the Company, were granted options to subscribe for 7,488, 7,132,
and 7,488 respectively, ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at 53p per share, exercisable between 1 May 2006 and 1 November 2006,
pursuant to the Savings Related Share Option Scheme 1994 (the "Scheme"). Andrew
Lee also has a beneficial interest in an option for a further 5,349 shares under
the scheme.



Following this announcement, the beneficial interest of the aforementioned
directors in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company are as follows:-
