On November 27, 2007, the Board of Directors of Canyon Bancorp declared a five percent (5%) stock dividend on its outstanding Common Stock, issuable on or about December 26, 2007 to shareholders of record as of December 11, 2007. A copy of the press release dated November 27, 2007 announcing the stock dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
