AeroQuest Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gold River Productions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRPS), the winner of the prestigious 2007 Utah Innovations Award in the materials/chemicals category of the awards, has developed a proprietary, multi-matrix, thermoplastic material that when combined with a variety of core materials can produce a fiber-reinforced, thermoplastic structural panel that can be formed, when required, into a wide variety of products.

The environmental benefits of this material are that it produces no volatile organic compounds (VOC's) such as are given off in the production of fiberglass products and that it is recyclable, which fiberglass is not.

Its market benefits are that products made of our material are lightweight (40%-60% lighter) than products made of competing materials; it is highly impact resistant and durable; it is impervious to water and most chemicals; it has excellent stiffness and tensile strength; it has high vibration and sound dampening properties and it is cost competitive to products made with typical "sheet & post" construction, or in the case of housing, "stud & joist" construction.

The company has patents in development covering a wide variety of products that have applications in, and will benefit markets such as: housing (structural-solar roofs, manufactured/military/temporary housing); truck bodies (lightweight, structural truck bodies for the delivery van market); trailers (utility/horse/transportation/R.V.) with no internal or external structural metal (chassis/frame) and their components (sub floors, interior walls, counter tops etc.); marine (lightweight, water/rot proof flooring for pontoon/house boats etc.); and the highway sound wall market with a lightweight, structural sound barrier that is vastly superior in every regard, as well as being cheaper than those barriers constructed of concrete.
